Staying local with #Boncap in #FitzroyStreetStKilda, 1935, L Garrard Cahn. Great lines, though the balconies rather limit the light, they had to pump up the photos ! Appears to be a single owner still, no old sales I can find, a number maybe 6? are holiday rentals, and photos show nice intact fireplaces – and kitchens and bathrooms yay ! Heritage study says rear part has ‘tiny bachelor flats’. Update : yes inherited by the kids from long term owner, who decided to turn it into holiday rentals, and thankfully havnt replaced the kitchens and bathrooms. 4 x 2 bed flats at the front, 4 bed sits behind.
