The #AppleStore at #FederationSquare is off ! I didn’t think the #heritagelisting idea would work but it did ! The Minister could have intervened but didn’t, phew! And they never actually showed us what it would look like from within the square, only this ghostly image from just off the riverside walk. Great work @ourfedsquare and @nationaltrustvic ! (I helped a bit too). Glad to hear the government is going to do a full review of the square, its funding, operations, arrangements etc, the river connection could be improved, and there’s room for plenty more bars and cafes, and it needs more activities too – which means more govt funding – all it needs is $1mill / year ! (not my pictures)
