As you know, I do love suburban #MockTudor shops (#OldEnglish is the proper name), and #ToorakVillage has the best examples. #MiddleBrighton #OldEnglishStyle, a bunch of modest and larger sized English cottage style houses here, like the middle ring eastern burbs and middle north that immore familiar with- Brighton isn’t all over-sized houses (though there’s plenty even here). Probably 1930s, judging by the generally restrained detailing.
