Another Art Deco #blockofflats by #IGAnderson, Park Gate, on Albert Road, #SouthMelbourne, 1935, a makeover of an old house - rather extensive one! Not the most terrifically exciting design, but cute #semicircular balconies (access ones in this case) and his characteristic curve-within-a-curve on the side.
