Ive no idea what this was built as, looks sort of like a church hall, but no church nearby – but it’s nice. Definitely Edwardian. It’s just off the Armstrong Street shops in #MiddlePark. Update : thanks @anthgram for finding that in 1915 it was the #churchhall for the Methodist Church, which is on the other side of Armstrong Street, built in 1922. Not sure when this was built, looks c1900, the 1895 map just says ‘Methodist Church’ maybe it was a combo church and hall first, but rather advanced for 1895, so, dunno !
