This is the old #CityOfSunshine offices and chamber, competed in 1967 awaiting redevelopment – @kalaia17 kindly offered some closeups for everyone’s enjoyment! I’ve added some real estate pics. It was designed by #StuartWarmington, who went on to do more in Sunshine but nothing much else, but the #DalleDeVerre #stainedglass panel that dominates the front was apparently designed by the young #EdgarPirrotta, later well known for his Brutalist houses. It was sold last last year ‘with restrictions’ which means it’s got a #heritageoverlay, so should be fine, and will presumably be refurbished as offices.

Update 2024: it’s still sitting empty, and there was a report that the window was badly damaged in 2022.
