Beaut little Edwardian villa, or maybe ‘transitional’, since as well as the typically Edwardian form, details and materials, it’s got a Victorian #slateroof, #tessalatedtile path and #castironfence. Behind the #hedge, you can admire the unusual #greentile #dado, the rose garden, and the classical urns, possibly added by European migrants in the 60s or 70s, or a pretentious owner in the 80s. @ Commercial Club Hotel
