Some fun late #postmodern infill townhouses in Park Street South Melbourne, built in 2000 – I like that the facades have lots of detail, very 3D, and more or less fits into the historic streetscape. If it was built now it’d be just gridded balconies and stepped back extra floors. From und a real estate ad showing the ground level is a separate office, complete with angly glass partition, and I can see the angled thing above the door actually creates a useless space in the lounge dining above – bit then if you don’t need the third bed, it’s a second lounge room.
