Rather marvellous High Victorian facade on #SydneyRoadBrunswick, great fat #pilasters, sadly defaced with graffiti, and equally sadly due to be #facaded for apartments. 2024 : in 2020 a development by @sixdegreesarchitects was announced, finished mid last year, pic 2. Not complete facading, they kept or rebuilt a part of the roof over the first floor front units (pics 4,5). Got all the good stuff we expect from them, most units seem to look east or west either lots of light, bedrooms face a big light court, with tree, and some windows feature their signature coloured lead light. Top unit as in pics 7-10 looks speccy ! Next door is the similar nightingale 3.0 by @austinmaynardarchitects. All pics except the first are real estate photos.
