At 6 Loch Street, West St Kilda there’s a block of flats called Glamis Towers that I posted about in 2017 when I discovered it was a single owner and all the kitchens and bathrooms were pretty much original ! Its very nice 1940 Art Deco, with an unusual arrangement of 2 x 1 beds and 1 x 2 bed at ground level, and a large 3 bed whole floor with big deck above, all with separate entrances. Prob designed by builder developer EM Jenkins, which would explain the highly decorative #brickwork and convoluted plan. Maybe the big one was for himself or a relative ? It was sold as a block in 2021 and seems to still be all rentals, and perhaps the new owner is living upstairs. Everything looks to still be intact, but with sleek new kitchen sinks and cupboards below.
