2016: O dear just discovered this one won the 2014 City of Port Phillip design award for tall buildings! Guess they didn’t mind the treatment of the terrace (it’s only 1 room deep now, complete with marble fireplace). I prefer the rothe lowman next door on the right, finished a few months later.
2024: yes it’s Kettle Black, a nice cafe now.
