Striking 60s block in Eildon Road St Kilda, in a fetching shade of blue … which actually dates from around 2018. But I like it. Seems to be all modest 1 beds, except for the 4 bedroom penthouse with a rooftop entertaining room and deck behind the #breezeblock pats pet. Reputedly it was occupied by the owner /developer, which makes perfect sense. Featured in the Design Files in 2020, Google it to see the nice 60s style makeover by @wowowaarch – though they sold only a year later, as in last pic without the nice furniture.
