Another giant concrete house

Thought this was going to be apartments, but it’s another monster house on Beaconsfield Parade, corner of Mary Street; I don’t hate it but it’s a bit clunky, just a concrete frame, glass and black steel balustrades, a lot of bulk right on the street, not much greenery. That’s the lap pool on the top floor. Probably has a semi-basement too for a number of cars. It was just a little 60s house before, 4th pic, sold for $3.2 mill in 2014. Apparently built for and by the owner of a building company, and don’t know architect. Makes the @robertsimeoniarchitects one look elegant, last pic. Hmm ok yes I do hate it, well dislike.
