This looks to me like a 1920s German Bauhaus or Russian Constructivist sanatorium or institute, but once stood – in Heidelberg ! A late work by Public Works Chief Architect Percy Everett, Heidelburg High School was designed 1951, and completed in 1955. I guess it was just concrete and timber framed windows, but on a huge curve, and a lot of playing field in front to the north (later filled with other buildings). After various mergers, the site, on Banksia cnr Oriel, was cleared in 2014, part is now a special school and a new community hub, the rest is still empty; they dont have a high school. Only found this one photo of it, but theres a few of it during demolition.
