Are these Melbourne’s narrowest terrace houses ? This pair is in the very short Henry Street, nos 9 + 11, near Johnston & Nicholson, and they’re just 3.2m wide internally. They’re around the corner from where I used to live and I took pic 2 in 2013; obviously abandoned for ages. Then put up for sale separately in 2016, but seems only one has been renovated, possibly quite recently. A case of keeping only the look of the front, though no doubt not much was savable. I hate the glaring white shininess inside, but at least it’s got a backyard / carpark.

280 Drummond Street wins at 3m wide, though wider at the rear and upstairs, somehow. Seems like an improbable afterthought.
