Cute little house down industrial end of #Argylestreetfitzroy. This could be say 1860s but equally could be 1880s. Pity about the bricks being totally #sandblasted and the cement tile roof.

Update 2024: it was sold in 2015, and renovated, now has a picket fence and a back bedroom with only skylights, and oddly doesn’t have windows in the side area that seems to be on title; it’s not as small as it looks. In 2014 it had the kitchen and a courtyard out the back – the new arrangement lets north light into the kitch/dining room, but the courtyard is rather small.
