A nice Victorian pub ? No, a pretty bad reproduction from 2007, built after the original 1871 Victoria Hotel in #SouthMelbourne was demolished because it became ‘unstable’ while they were demolishing the bulk of it for the giant development behind. It’s made out of #tiltslab panels, you can see the joins and #weepholes. If they rebuild the #CarltonInn/Corkman this is prob what it will look like, since they only have to ‘refer’ to the heritage of the site.
