If you look up you can see it says MYER, in a very groovy font. Built in 1936 in #BerkeleyStreet in #SouthCarlton, designed by Myers fave architects #TompkinsAndTompkins. This was added to the even bigger 1928 brick building next door. Not nearly as big as the Myer stores themselves, but I guess they could stack things up here, and then ‘despatch’ back when they always delivered – and I guess we’re heading back that way !
