Rather extraordinary house – part of the @beaumaris_modern open day that completely channels the 60s, with I think a fair dose of Sydney 60s guru #NevilleGruzman, lots of beams and black gridded #steelframedwindows. Designed by @zenibaker, complex 2016. I thought it was great ! Very livable, gardens out every window, but maybe just a bit too open plan ? I liked the almost white bricks, a bit nice than the typical 60s grey #cementblocks.
