Very impressive #terracehouses on #FitzroyStreetStKilda which you can only see in winter really. Built 1882, architect not known, and a third one was demolished in 1970 😮 for a little 2 storey brown brick nothing. Not sure when but the two were combined, prob early on as a guest house, and in the 80s ? – 90s-2000s it was offices for Perrott Lyon Mathieson architects. The whole shebang was #SteveVizard’s house 2006- 2012. The @nationaltrustvic listing from 1973 says ‘fine ceilings and stairs’, hard to see, but ceilings there and 1 stair, though not terribly notable. Interiors from real estate site.
