However, if the two top floor flats add up to 200m2, then regs would require a lift, a crazy rule – why not make it over 2 flats ? Or 400m2 ? Flat 2 sold in 2017 for just over a mill.
Update : flat 1 just sold, price undisclosed. Pics 2,3 this year, hedge has grown a bit.
