What I’d like to know is, given the whole history of everything great ever built is easily available, why do McMansions get it so wrong ? This one I saw a couple of years ago surprisingly at the end of a #BickhamsCourt, #EastStKilda, a cul de sac of 60s modernist houses- and it’s now for sale. Seems to have been built c2010-13, when it was sold but hasn’t been lived in. Maybe it still hasn’t. Another thought- if you’ve got this much $ maybe give it to charity instead of bad architects and builders ? Images from the real estate ad.
