Amazing 1960 house in Carlsberg Road Eaglemont is for sale – designed by builder brothers Ian, Max and Malcolm Delbridge for their parents Harold and Florence. It was their take on modernism, all thin pipe supports, thin concrete slabs and a lot of glass over three levels. It’s been glammed up after it went on the heritage register in the mid 90s, but fun details like the handrail, multi-coloured tiles in the bathrooms and marbles in the living room lights (those pics from them) still there !
