This really sticks out in #GreyStreetStKilda, but without that late 80s/90s thing on top, it’s very plain, or is it avant-garde #Moderne 1930s ? Nope probably 1950s retro, I had thought maybe by #MordechaiBenshemesh, who did the similar #BurnettLodge round the corner in 1955, and it might be, but could also be by MB when he worked for Harry ‘Ray’ Johnson 1945-49, but they’re a bit more elaborate, or it could be neither.
