So much better than the average contemporary apartment development- #StLeonardsApartments designed by #NondaKatsalidis, #StKilda, built 1995-6. Generous garden apartments at ground level, and extra planting, all now grown, 3 separate entry/stairs, no corridors, every room good windows, generous balconies, various materials, great ! It’s in two blocks, and replaced a 60s office building which in turn replaced a huge Victorian mansion in the 60s.
