Since I took this shot in 2019 a development by @sixdegreesarchitects was announced, which I thought maybe has been built, but no I think these are the renders used for presale. At least they’re keeping or rebuilding part of the roof over the first floor front units. I recall an early design for this side had empty windows as openings for a deck, yuk.
