Nice block of #ArtDecoflats in Park Street South Yarra, built 1936. Can’t find the architect, but then it’s nice rather than really interesting- great wrought iron front gate-door, though probably not original. Seems like single owner until 2014, when sold for $4.4m, though as a set of six titles. Only rented since then.

Two sets of very cute Deco flats at the bottom of Park Street South Yarra which looks like all one, but isn’t. The rounded balcony ones have long plans, with the lounge down the back, still a single owner I think. The square ones were built in 1938, and designed by the very busy Bernard Evans, with just two flats, again with the lounge not in front. Sale pics from 2014 show nice doors and an original kitchen, but they were being worked on in 2023, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s one house now.
