Nice block of #ArtDecoflats in #ParkStreetSouthYarra, built 1936. Can’t find the architect, but then it’s nice rather than really interesting- great wrought iron front gate-door though. Seems like single owner until 2014, when sold for $4.4m, though as a set of six titles. Only rented since then.
