I quite like this one, ‘Meridian’ on the hill of #StKildaRoad at #AlmaRoad, #CHTarchitecture do a lot with a little, BUT it’s another random highrise, popping up all in its own; and it has the the problem with firsts, it’s built with most flats looking out the sides, over low rise, but not for long ! Another 6 storey planned on the east side, the boundary only 3.5m away, and the petrol station could easily be replaced, with barely 2m on that side. Talk about #townplanningfail. Or the new developments have to set back more, but still, no more views. 2021: the thing on the east side is a nearly finished over 55s development. And look at that snorkel bedroom! 2nd pic not mine.
