Passing by couldn’t resist. think I’ll probably end up posting just about every building in #StKilda! This ones in #RobeStreet, and it’s a very rare type of just one flat above another, must have been a little terrace house or maybe a side garden. Anyway it’s late 30s, architect not known, and the top floor sold this year for $0.8 which is low I reckon, other flats more like a $mill. #HighRoyds is a town in Yorkshire apparently. Update : it’s 1936, by Seabrook & Fildes.
