Blair House, 17 St George’s Road, Toorak; a nice but not exceptional 1936 Georgian Revival design by Hughes & Orme (never heard of them I admit). The purchaser is Grant Rule, who made $1.3bill selling his SMS marketing company last year. The previous owners were the Nanut family who owned it for a few decades I think.
