The simply splendid #CamberwellHighSchool, by fave architect #PercyEverett, completed 1941. (Photos 1,2 from Wikipedia) Clearly influenced by #brickexpressionism the most popular style in 20s Germany – Percy had travelled widely. The view of the main building front has been obscured from Prospect Hill Road by a new wing sadly; a poor scan of my slide from c1999 shows how it used to look, as do a photo from not long after finished, and the design from c1940 (both from Camberwell High School 1941 -1991 A Jubilee Retrospective), and then streetview shows what you can see now. The last image is the #AnzeigerHochhaus, Hannover, 1928.
