This set of 1871 terraces in George Street #EastMelbourne was given a Georgian makeover in 1929, it seems by just replacing the verandah with a nice portico. Pretty flowers. Not sure if flats or always a small hotel (which at the moment gets terrible reviews). Update 2023: East Melbourne Historical Society has the report below from 1928 when it was converted to 6 flats, and pooled entirely different- it must have had another makeover maybe 1950s ? probably still as 6 flats, and much nicer.
