1920s flats, a bit ruined

MIMI in Eildon Road, St Kilda – looks like a house, but built as 4 flats, which I only realised seeing the 4 letterboxes; there an external stair on the far side. It was sold in 2015, with less concrete in the front yard, and some pretty nice interiors, which seem to be only partly preserved – I found an Airbnb for the ground front unit, and they’ve not only painted all the woodwork white, the doors are different (?), and they removed or covered the ceiling plaster, and even the leadlight from the little window. It now has a bigger rear half, maybe the owners are out there with all the nicest details relocated there; nice thought but unlikely.
