Neat 60s flats at 36-38 #DalgetyStreet #StKilda. Nicely composed street elevation, and they seem to be all studios, in two blocks facing each other across a heavily planted central area, which is nice (though everybody walks past your windows). There’s a few single old men living here, maybe protected low rent tenants. Not sure if completely strata titled, they rarely come up for sale, mostly for rent, some cheap housing for the less fortunate. Id say it would be a good idea for a non-profit housing provider to buy them, but they might think they’re just not good enough, with the lack of privacy, but gotta start somewhere!
