This fantastic #leadlight extravaganza is in #StationStreetMalvern, opposite the station. It’s now a cafe, and was someplace that sold insurance, presumably originally just before or after WW1, maybe it was a real estate agent ?
Update : built for Hodges auctioneers, who were into real estate as well when this was created c1914. Photos 2026, cafe now a bar.

Charm and variety in the shop tops around Malvern Station, including an excellent very long 1880s row on Glenferrie Road, pics 1,2. A good corner Edwardian one unfortunately part painted black. Slightly unusual in that the shops continue off the main road along Station Street all the way down Claremont Ave.
